After his primary, he got admitted to Bukalasa Minor Seminary for his Secondary Education in 2004 and completed his Advanced level in the same school in 2009.
During S.6 vacation, he had shown interest to continue with religious life and he got in touch with the Comboni Missionaries. In 2010, after the release of S.6 exams, he joined Namasuba College of Commerce for a certificate in BBA. That same year, he was invited to Ombachi, Arua by the Comboni Vocations Director for come and see the program which was supposed to last two weeks. In 2012, he was asked to go to Kangole to do his missionary experience.
As his course at PCJ was ending in 2014, he had mixed feelings, so he was sent to Layibi retreat centre for a week for discernment. After the retreat, he decided to continue with his formation.
